Think about some of the goals you want to set in your life. Do you want a particular grade in this course? Do you want to complete college in the next 10 - 15 years? Those are examples of both short and long term goals. Click on the photo below for 5 facts about goal setting and watch the short video from Olympic super star Michael Phelps. After, go through the PowerPoint and see if you can answer some of the questions. Lastly, complete the qualities and strengths worksheet and email them back to your teacher.
