Developmental Tasks- of adolescence are achievements that need to be mastered to become a responsible, independent adult
Sex Role- the way a person acts and the feelings and attitudes a person has about being male or female, as well as the expectations he or she has for other males and females
Sexual Orientation- a person's sexual attraction to people of the opposite sex, same sex, or both sexes
Heterosexual- a person who has a sexual preference for someone of the opposite sex
Homosexual- a person who has a sexual preference for someone of the same sex
Bisexual- a person who has a sexual interest in people of both sexes
